🌲 Environment
Lynnhaven River NOW and BoatUS Foundation removed 75 abandoned boats from Virginia waterways near Chesapeake, a move that improved water quality while officials plan further cleanups in the coming weeks.
🏥 Health
Sentara Health ended negotiations with Anthem over Medicare, Medicaid and ACA plans and is preparing to transition 215,000 affected patients to new coverage.
Members can continue seeing Sentara providers until Dec. 31, with some qualifying treatments preserved in-network into 2027.
