  • News 3 has compiled social media policies for teachers and school staff in Hampton Roads public school divisions that outline what may be posted on personal accounts and how to protect student privacy. The rules state that posting disruptive content may lead to disciplinary action—up to termination.  3 WTKR
  • Virginia Superintendent Emily Anne Gullickson warned school staff that harmful social media posts about Charlie Kirk after his death last week could lead to disciplinary action—two local educators are under review. School divisions have been directed to report similar posts so investigations can determine appropriate next steps.  3 WTKR
