VDOT announced that I-64 westbound near the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel will close tonight at 10 p.m. from Settlers Landing Road/Woodland Road to North Armistead Avenue for about four hours for sign installations on the Hampton Roads Express Lanes project — detours will guide drivers until lanes reopen before Wednesday morning commute.
