In Chesapeake, residents can cast in-person votes or drop off ballots at the General Registrar's Office at 411 Cedar Road (open weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on select Saturdays) until June 14, and voter registration closes on May 27.

Upton hosted Monday’s All-Tidewater Classic at War Memorial Stadium in Hampton to showcase top local high school talent.
