- ➤ Brian Askew, an inmate held at Chesapeake Correctional Center from September 2022 until February, claims he was forced into more than two years of solitary confinement where he experienced hallucinations, physical harm, and a denial of basic privileges such as exercise and showers. The lawsuit—filed against current and former law enforcement officials including Sheriff David Rosado and former Sheriff James O’Sullivan—alleges that his constitutional rights were repeatedly violated despite recommendations from medical staff. 13 News Now
