- ➤ A former nurse at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center is accused of reusing needleless syringes while administering IV medications in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit from July 24, 2023 to January 20, 2025 — the hospital is contacting affected patients, noting that no patient illnesses have been reported, and advising free bloodborne pathogen testing at two campus locations until July 31 by calling 757-312-2189. 3 WTKR
