- ➤ The City of Chesapeake will convert a 165ft section of Guerriere Street in South Norfolk into a pedestrian plaza offering seating and local artwork. Construction will begin in early 2028 after the new municipal center opens, and residents can share input via a survey open through April 30 (local input). 3 WTKR
