- ➤ The Chesapeake Fire Department responded to a house fire on Ilkly Circle around 5 p.m. on Monday that displaced four residents and their dog—crews from Chesapeake and Virginia Beach worked to extinguish the flames while the American Red Cross assisted the family in finding temporary housing. 13 News Now
