- ➤ Chesapeake Fire Department held a memorial on Wednesday to honor Frank Young and Johnny Hudgins, who died 30 years ago when a roof collapse trapped them in a commercial fire. Families and fellow firefighters retraced the route the men took that day to keep their memories alive. 3 WTKR
