  • FDA announced that BJ's Wholesale Club recalled lot 3896 of Wellsley Farms Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon fillets after testing found listeria in samples; the 2-pound bags were sold Jan. 31-Feb. 7 in seven states (including Virginia), and customers were advised to call (888) 628-0730 for refunds.  13 News Now
