- ➤ Chesapeake residents have seen wet surfaces from ground sweat during this winter warm-up as warm, humid air meets cool ground; the phenomenon occurs when moisture condenses onto pavement and sidewalks (a process similar to water forming on a cold glass). 13 News Now
